Corn Pudding
Ingredients and method:
- 2 cups grated fresg corn
- 2 well beaten-eggs youlks,
- 1/4 cup milk stir in with the eggs youlks.
- salt and pepper to taste
- Beat egg whites until fluffy. Fold in. Turn into greased 1 qt. baking dish. Set baking dish in pan of boiling water, and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
