White Beans and Ham
Ingredients:
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups cooked white beans
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 black pepper
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large, heavy skillet; bring to a boil.
2. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. 3. Serve hot on top of cooked rice or Quinoa... Enjoy
