Ingredients:

• 1 small tin evaporated milk
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon French mustard
• 1 tablespoon salad oil
• pinch of sugar
• 1 /4 cup chopped parsley

Method:

1 Blend all the ingredients to a smooth cream.
